Gloria Jingru Guo CPA
Gloria Guo CPA, partner of KG CPA LLP, provided assurance service and IPO consultation service to SEC listed companies and international companies and has experience in manufacturing, telecommunication, new energy, wholesale and retail, motor vehicle, education and hotel industry. Prior to joining KG CPA LLP, Ms. Guo was the managing partner of Gloria Guo & Associates CPA PA since August 2008. She has deep understanding on PRC GAAP, United States GAAP, and IFRS and is familiar with IPO listing rules and requirements. Ms. Guo holds a Bachelor of Accounting and a Bachelor of International Business at Florida Atlantic University USA. Gloria Guo became a CPA since 2001 and is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and a member of Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants(FICPA).

Keith Zhen
Keith Zhen, partner of KG CPA LLP, has substantial experience performing various types of audits, including U.S.-listed, multinational corporations’ annual, pre-IPO and PRC statutory audits. Rich audit experience has afforded Mr. Zhen a solid accounting knowledge in U.S. GAAP, especially assisting numerous clients on complex accounting and financial reporting matters, and he is familiar with the process of listing and financing, compliance with relevant SEC regulations and enterprise internal controls. Prior to KG CPA LLP, Mr. Keith K. Zhen was the Managing Partner of Keith K. Zhen, CPA, a certified public accounting firm that is registered with The Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (“PCAOB”), a position he has held since January 2007. Mr. Zhen has been engaged to audit public companies with significant operating subsidiaries located in China since early 2004. His clients cover the industry of chemical, medical, liquor, real estate, agriculture, telecommunication, etc. Mr. Zhen graduated in 1999 with a Master of Business Administration from the City University of New York. Mr. Zhen became a CPA in the state of New York in 2001, and in Hong Kong in 2017.
